| This is the tablature for use on a D whistle. Note that there are a couple of notes below what is available on the whistle. You'll have to experiment to determine what works best for you, or use one of the alternate tabs below. |

| This tablature eliminates the notes that are too low at the expense of playing almost the entire song in the second octave. Note that this requires the D in the third octave. Most whistles are capable of reaching that note with a mighty puff. This is suitable for low whistles and high whistles that aren't too shrill in the second octave. It's a good wind-builder, too. |

| This tablature is for those fortunate enough to own a whistle in the key of A. Of course, if you are playing solo you can play this on any whistle you'll just be transposing the song to the key of the whistle. |
