Note that this is not the easiest of the carols for a beginner because there are several accidentals that are half-holed and the range of the song is so great. If you are playing in an ensemble you can usually get away with either resting on the notes marked with a down arrow (indicating a note below the lowest note on the whistle) or playing them softly in the low octave.

Below is a version for the low whistle.  Half-holing is still required, but all notes will fit within the range of the whistle provided you have a good low whistle that will play at least the D in the third octave.  Of course, you could play this on a soprano D whistle but it would sound a bit shrill.

Finally, below is a version for a low-G whistle.  This is nearly ideal, fitting well within the range of the whistle, though half-holing is still required for some of the accidentals.
